Frankie's Wreath Co. wants to make you happy. I appreciate your business and I want you to come back. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email frankieswreathco@gmail.com and we will sort it out. PLEASE, keep the wreath zip-tied in the box if you plan on requesting a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
