Shipping Safety

I insure all my shipments. I also safely/tightly zip tie all of my wreaths to their shipping boxes to ensure the wreath stays steady and undamaged throughout the shipping process. UPS has been very reliable, but it is possible for something to arrive damaged. If that happens do nothing with the wreath. Do not ship the package back to me. Close the box and email me ASAP at frankieswreathco@gmail.com. From there, I will tell you the correct route for getting your money back or for getting a replacement undamaged wreath!

All wreaths are shipped through UPS from Green Bay, WI. Orders will be shipped 7-10 business days after your order has been placed unless noted otherwise. Local delivery is available to those within a 15-mile radius of 101 South Military Ave, Green Bay, Wi 54303, and is free of charge.
